Faulty goods will be accepted for repair, replacement or refund if they have a Returns Number on the packaging. We will issue a Returns Number when notified by the customer. We will also pay for the carriage of the returned goods. We cannot accept goods for refund as unwanted if they have been ordered to the customer's specific requirements and are not normally stocked by us.
